Guzmán Gastronomía

At Guzmán Gastronomía we produce over 100 semi-manufactured products: peeled, sliced and curved fruit and vegetables such as deseeded tomatoes, potato cups, melon bullets, fruit skewers and salads ready to be served.

In order to meet the growing demand of the market in January 2007, we inaugurated our present installations in

Mercabarna which has a surface of 6000m2 and of which 2000m2 are entirely dedicated to the production of semi-manufactured products, distributed over 5 halls. These are organized according to the product, which allows us to realize every kind of production.
