At Boiron the most important thing is the fruit as it is, with its specific origin, fragrance, flavour, ... The best fruit is selected and harvested at its moment of ripeness so as to obtain the richest flavour.
The transformation of the fruit takes place in Valence, in the heart of one of the largest orchards in France, where they have developped a flash pasteurisation system which fully respects the characteristics of the original fruit.
Thus they offer an invariable quality and availability of the fruit throughout the seasons.
Since 1970, the year in which they launched their first range of frozen fruit purées, until today they have never stopped innovating, always offering their clients the most convenient size, new flavours, and new products such as their coulis.
Made of select squeezed and sifted fruits. The purées are natural and do not contain any preservatives or colourings and retain the flavour and colour of the original fruits. At Boiron, they guarantee an unchanging quality, availability all year through, less preparation time and a wide range of flavours.
Ideal for sorbets, ice creams, fruit mousses, fruit cakes, semifreddos, foams, sweets, coulis, cocktails, granitas, milkshakes, fruit sauces and icing.
These are obtained by separating the water cristals from the sugar, from the aromas and the fruit pulp at a negative temperature. The water solidifies into ice before all the other elements and it suffices to separate it once it is frozen.
The main advantage of this technique is that no energy is used and that it allows to preserve the original characteristics of the fruit: colour, scent and freshness.
