The company was created by Rafael del Rosal López in 1999.

It’s situated in Priego de Córdoba, a small town in the southeast of the Cordoba province in Spain, right in the middle of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, surrounded by mountains strewn with millenary olive trees, offering us their world-famousolive oil.

Thanks to the use of olive oil in the production of crisps, which is rich in vitamin E, and the selection of agria potatoes, "Patatas Fritas San Nicasio" are a true culinary joy and are exported to countries like Japan and the United States.

Their artisan production makes the quality of these crisps even more renowned.

With the quality of his crisps lying in the basic ingredients as well as in the product service, Rafael del Rosal finds himself in charge of a product appreciated by the most experienced palates of the world.
